Your pet's stay includes a professionally edited Signature portrait collage using 3 photos taken during their visit. The digital version is texted to you and one printed 4x6 copy goes home with your pet at checkout. This is a keepsake, not a stock photo — it's your actual pet, beautifully captured.
Daily Photo Updates
VIP clients receive 2-3 photos texted directly from Eboni every day of their pet's stay. You'll see exactly what your pet is doing, who they're playing with, and how they're settling in. For day care VIP clients, one mid-day photo update is included.
Personalized Report Card
At the end of every VIP stay, you receive a one-page report card covering your pet's mood, appetite, sleep, favorite activities, and any notable moments. It's a thoughtful summary of their time with us — and a sweet keepsake for you to keep.
Priority Booking Access
VIP clients get first access to Loving Hearts' calendar before it opens to general bookings. This is especially valuable around holidays and school breaks when spots fill fastest. Priority access is automatic once you've booked your first VIP Experience.

Signature Cat Portrait
Your cat's stay includes a professionally edited Signature portrait. For boarding, you receive a 3-photo collage printed as a 4x6 keepsake. For drop-ins, one beautifully edited digital portrait is delivered via text.
Daily Comfort Check-In (Boarding)
Cats are monitored in a quiet, low-stress area separate from dogs. You'll receive a daily comfort check-in update so you know your cat is calm, fed, and content.
Visit Photo Update (Drop-In)
During each VIP drop-in visit, you'll receive a photo of your cat so you can see they're happy and comfortable in their own space.
